The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.


Responsibilities

Appointment Scheduling:

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients as well as follow up
  • Manage appointment calendars to optimize scheduling efficiency.

Patient Registration/ Filing:

  • Collect and enter accurate patient information into systems, including personal details, insurance information, and medical supply needs.

Communication:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for patients
  • Effectively communicate important information, answer inquiries, and address patient concerns.

Insurance Verification:

  • Verify patients' insurance coverage and ensure all necessary information is accurate for billing purposes.
  • Collaborate with billing department to resolve any insurance-related issues.

Record Keeping:

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy regulations.

Billing :

  • Assist with billing processes including coding procedures by inputting claims.

Coordination of Care:

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications
