Food Service Supervisor
What You'll Do:
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will coordinate the daily operations of the dietary department. Your leadership will ensure patients and residents receive delicious and nutritious meals that meet dietary requirements in an environment of Kindness, Service, Compassion and Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead dietary staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Oversee meal planning, preparation, and service, ensuring compliance with dietary restrictions
  • Collaborate with the Dietician to develop and implement nutrition care plans
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets effectively
  • Ensure compliance with local, state & federal food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dietary services
