Our Treasury Services and Revenue Cycle departments keep the financial heart of our organization beating. We handle high-volume financial transactions, complex insurance processing, and critical document sorting across 11 distinct regional entities. We thrive on professional accountability, rigorous audit readiness, and a deeply collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

A Day in the Life: Your Core Operations

  • Accurately process and post revenue-related payments across multiple entities, meeting daily and monthly processing targets
  • Execute daily mail operations across multiple floors, including picking up, sorting, and slicing interoffice and outgoing mail within strict same-day or next-business-day SLAs.
  • Scan, index, and route patient payments, insurance documents, zero-dollar EOBs, and credit card data.
  • Concurrently manage financial documentation for numerous regional entities, medical groups, and urgent/specialty care programs
