Summary:
The Patient Financial Services Associate II role is responsible for the specific set of patient accounting which could include the appropriate billing, training, and/or follow up/denial resolution of insurance claims within filing limits to support the proper account completion and closure.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: One year in a related healthcare field required. Hospital or provider-based billing experience preferred. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Patient Financial Services Associate I role.
