What We Expect from You:

  • Commitment to your onboarding process for a quick start
  • Desire to track your metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Willingness to learn how to deliver an exceptional patient experience over the phone
  • Ability to master software used in clinic operations, including scheduling, invoicing, and payments
  • Passion for helping others, even in a fast-paced environment


Preferred, but NOT Required:

  • Previous experience in retail
  • Experience as a waiter/waitress/host/hostess
  • Inbound or outbound phone experience
  • Familiarity with physical therapy
  • Proficiency in computer use and general office equipment
  • Ability to learn new software and perform data entry
  • Familiarity with general office procedures
