Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking a SUPERVISOR to join our PATIENT EXPERIENCE team!

The Patient Experience Supervisor is responsible for supervising and supporting the implementation of patient experience strategies that align with the organization’s mission, vision, values, and goals. This position reports to the Aspirus Medical Group Vice President of Operations. The supervisor oversees the management of patient complaints and grievances, supports service recovery, and ensures a consistent, high-quality experience for patients and families across the care continuum.

HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period, day only

Experience/Qualifications

  • Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business, or related field.

  • Required: 2-5 years of experience in healthcare or patient/customer service role

  • Preferred: Experience with patient complaint/grievance management, service recovery, and quality improvement. At least 2 years in a supervisory or patient experience role.
