Job Details

Shift Details: Monday - Friday (Shift is a 8-hour shift) 8:00AM - 8:00PM EST based on needs
Pay Details: $20.00/hr
Location: Remote (Must live within 50 Miles of 6001 Global Distribution Way #102, Louisville, KY 40228, or live within 50 miles of 5025 Plano Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75010)

Responsibilities:

  • Supports pharmacy liaison workflows by handling routine inquiries, documenting requests, and coordinating follow-up with patients, providers, payers, and internal teams.
  • Coordinates case-related activities such as status tracking, information collection, documentation review, and communication updates to support timely service delivery.
  • Maintains accurate records in case management, pharmacy, and related operational systems in accordance with established procedures and documentation standards.
  • Collaborates with pharmacy operations, reimbursement, customer support, and external stakeholders to facilitate routine handoffs and resolve standard issues.
  • Monitors open requests, service timelines, and pending items to identify delays, communicate updates, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Supports the preparation and maintenance of job aids, reference materials, and standard documentation that improve consistency across liaison activities.
  • Provides accurate information on routine processes, requirements, and next steps while referring more complex questions or exceptions to appropriate personnel.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmacy support, patient access, healthcare coordinaion, customer service, reimbursement support, or a related field required.
  • Certification in pharmacy support, patient access, healthcare administration, customer service, or equivalent preferred.
