It includes internships, the Recent Graduates Program, and the Presidential Management Fellows Program, each offering different paths to gain experience and transition into permanent federal positions. The program aims to attract talented individuals to public service and offers structured training and career development. Participants benefit from hands-on work experience and mentorship while learning about government operations.

These resources are aimed at helping individuals build essential skills, expand their professional networks, and prepare for potential permanent positions within the organization.
