Program Manager

Full-time | Part-time

Position Summary

Miracles Therapy Center is seeking aProgram Managerto oversee the implementation ofindividualized behavior intervention plansand ensure high-quality services for clients. Working under the guidance of aBoard-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA),the Program Manager supportsBehavior Technicians, coordinates treatment goals, and serves as the primary point of contact for client families.This role requiresstrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsto drive positive client outcomes and ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Program Oversight and Supervision

  • Oversee the implementation ofbehavior intervention plansdeveloped by the BCBA.
  • Provide ongoingsupport and supervisionto Behavior Technicians, ensuring compliance with protocols.
  • Conductweekly check-ins and observationsto assess client progress and make necessary adjustments.
  • Developclient Learning Treesfor new cases.
  • Providein-person support for Behavior Techniciansduring their first two sessions.
  • Performdata analysis and administrative duties,including:
  • Reviewing raw data and Behavior Technician notes.
  • Analyzing trends and modifying treatment goals.
  • Adjusting instructional notes and prompt hierarchies.
  • Reviewing session times, signatures, and documentation.
  • Creating visual aids and intervention materials.
  • Obtain necessaryapprovals for telehealth overlaps, community outings, and goal modifications.

Treatment Planning and Data Analysis

  • Collect and analyze datafrom Behavior Technicians to assess client progress.
  • Utilize adata-driven approachto make treatment recommendations and provide structured feedback.
  • Work closely with theBCBAto adjust intervention plans as needed.
  • Maintainaccurate documentation and session reportsto track progress.

Family and Client Communication

  • Serve as theprimary point of contact for families,providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Conductparent and caregiver trainingunder the BCBAs direction.
  • Create apositive and supportive environmentfor clients and their families.

Professional Development and Training

  • Participate inongoing training, team meetings, and professional development activities.
  • Ensure thatBehavior Techniciansstay up-to-date with best practices and intervention strategies.
  • Providementorship and constructive feedbackto enhance team performance.

Compliance and Ethical Standards

  • Adhere toMTC policies, BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA, and privacy regulations.
  • Maintainprofessionalism and integrityin all client, staff, and family interactions.
  • Ensure compliance withall industry and regulatory standards.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Qualifications

  • Masters degree (Required)
  • Ability to Relocate:Must relocate to"Location"before starting work (Required).
  • Willingness to Travel:75% (Preferred).
