Position Overview:
The Service & Parts Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of service operations and spare parts management, ensuring responsive after-sales support and optimal parts availability. This role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, streamlining service workflows, and ensuring efficient parts logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage after-sales service operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
