Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds and stand on feet all day
  • Must have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to calculate figures/amounts including; discounts, interest, percentages
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming parts orders
  • Match against order to ensure all parts are received, in quality condition and moved to inventory
  • Communicate with staff when parts have arrivedย 
  • Update computer system with delivery arrival and order statusย 
  • Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts.
  • Answer phone calls and assist team
  • Provide high level service to both internal and external customers.
  • Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.
  • Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
  • Drive parts truck to pick up orders as needed
  • Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
  • Other duties as assigned
