Job Summary:
The Automotive Service Manager at Mills Auto Group in the central and western North Carolina market is a crucial role in ensuring the success and efficiency of our dealership. As the leader of our service department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of automotive service, including customer service, parts, inventory, and personnel. This is a full-time, individual contributor position with a base salary plus commission, offering a competitive compensation package of $80,000 to $120,000 per year, paid twice a month.
