Position Summary

Mark Jacobson Toyota is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Front Parts Counter Associate to join our Parts Department. This role is responsible for assisting retail and wholesale customers, service technicians, and internal team members with parts inquiries, orders, and fulfillment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers at the front parts counter in a professional and timely manner
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and accessories
  • Process parts orders, returns, and special orders accurately
  • Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely parts availability
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocking and organization
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments
  • Upsell and promote additional parts and accessories when appropriate
  • Keep the parts counter and showroom clean, organized, and customer-ready
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications
  • Previous automotive parts experience preferred (Toyota experience a plus)
  • Bilingual candidates preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with dealership management systems is a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
