In this Dynamic, Collaborative role, you will be responsible for keeping track and publishing departmental policies, liaising with both internal and external parties to resolve issues, and assisting with team training workshops. In a Parts Coordinator job you’ll be responsible for:
  • Answering parts department phone calls and e-mail correspondence.
  • Collecting, sorting, and accurately entering data into spreadsheets and other programs.
  • Interacting with clients to professionally resolve conflicts and answer inquiries.
  • Creating reports and presenting recommendations for process improvement.
  • Assisting with the coordination of departmental projects and updating SOP's.
     
What you’ll need:
  • Associate Degree in Business Administration (Preferred).
  • Minimum of three years of experience in keeping and managing multiple records/data (Preferred).
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
