Job description

WME is one of the world's largest talent representation agencies, representing leading talent and creators who engage audiences across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms. Collectively, our clients generate audiences at a scale comparable to major media networks, reaching fans and consumers directly through their content. As their influence continues to grow, we are building new ways to position them as the powerful media entities they have become.
To support this growth, we are focused on unlocking new opportunities for clients to engage brands and agencies at scale. Our work centers on creating the infrastructure, relationships, and partnerships that reflect the reach and impact of our clients' content in today's media ecosystem.
As a Director, Creator Partnerships you will drive new business by building and managing relationships with brands and agencies. You'll work closely with senior leaders to uncover opportunities and bring innovative partnerships to life. This is an exciting chance to play a key role in a high-growth practice, with direct exposure to top creators and leading media partners, while contributing to the expansion of a unique and evolving business within WME.
Core Responsibilities
  • Generate significant new revenue by building and managing relationships with media agencies and brands investing in creator content
  • Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching through closing deals and ensuring successful campaign delivery
  • Evangelize and educate prospective partners on the influence and performance of WME's clients across YouTube and other leading platforms
  • Develop and execute systematic, personalized prospecting strategies to maintain a consistent pipeline of outbound meetings (15+ per week)
  • Create and implement sales plans designed to exceed ambitious, yet achievable, revenue targets
  • Build trusted relationships with brand and agency partners, positioning WME upstream in the creator partnerships ecosystem
  • Collaborate across the WME Group ecosystem - partnering with agents, campaign managers, and cross-functional teams - to deliver best-in-class results
  • Contribute to the development of scalable sales processes and resources, helping shape the playbook for content integration sales at WME
  • Deliver compelling, executive-level presentations that clearly articulate the value of WME's clients, challenging conventional approaches with confidence
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Maintain a highly organized sales pipeline with accurate and detailed CRM updates

Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of digital advertising sales experience, ideally within creator/content-driven environments
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising, entertainment, and creator integrations
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and consistently owning the full sales cycle - from outreach and pitching through legal, procurement, and expansion
  • Experience selling content and forging partnerships with both brands and media agencies, including mid-market and enterprise-level companies
  • Ability to engage and influence executives at brands and agencies with exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Deep passion for the influencer/creator space, with a particular focus on YouTube

Attributes
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive; a true self-starter with natural ambition and drive
  • Competitive and motivated to exceed expectations while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented spirit
  • Nimble and adaptable - comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments and making impactful decisions quickly
  • Positive, empathetic, and curious; able to build trust and foster strong team and partner relationships
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves, tackle challenges head-on, and go above and beyond to deliver results

Why This Role is Unique
  • Contribute to a fast-growing practice within one of the most respected global talent representation companies
  • Work directly with some of the world's most influential creators whose audiences rival traditional media networks
  • Shape how brands and agencies engage with creator-driven media at scale, influencing the future of the digital advertising landscape
  • Gain direct exposure to senior leadership, with a voice in building scalable sales strategies and processes from the ground up
  • Blend the excitement of a startup-like environment with the resources, relationships, and reputation of an established global leader
