We are looking for a Senior Client Partner to support our team in Puerto Rico!

Are you a strategic dealmaker with a passion for digital platforms and social advertising? At Aleph, you'll help advertisers unlock the full potential of TikTok by delivering tailored business solutions and cultivating high-impact relationships with top agencies and direct clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive new business growth for TikTok by identifying client objectives and developing strategic advertising solutions that address their needs.

  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with Big 6 agency groups, direct advertisers, and executive-level stakeholders across social, video, mobile, and digital teams.

  • Lead sophisticated, consultative sales conversations and proposals, leveraging market insights, data, and platform knowledge.

  • Partner with Aleph's internal sales teams to onboard priority accounts and elevate clients to long-term partner status.

  • Create persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and case studies that drive excitement and deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Manage a strong pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts, and actively report on performance.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute operational initiatives and strategic growth plans.

  • Be an outstanding public speaker and platform evangelist - inspiring clients with compelling narratives about TikTok's potential.

Skills and Experience Required:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.

  • Strong existing relationships with decision-makers in the local market - especially within Big6 agencies and key advertisers.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, mobile advertising, and preferably, experience with self-serve, auction, and biddable ad buying platforms.

  • Proven track record of scaling agency and direct advertiser investments.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - with a talent for storytelling and public speaking.

  • Ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and business strategies.

  • Energetic, creative, and goal-oriented mindset with a preference for working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Fluency in English.
