Job description

As a Program Manager on the Integrated Marketing & Media Partnership Development team, you will lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships that drive incremental revenue across Delta's Marketing & Product organization. This role focuses on partnerships across integrated marketing channels, including in-flight entertainment and connectivity, media strategy and planning, marketing technology, and broader advertising and media platforms.

You will own the full partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and structuring opportunities through negotiation and execution, while working across multiple business units to bring innovative, first-of-their-kind concepts to market. This role operates at the intersection of commercial strategy and innovation and plays a key role in shaping how Delta monetizes and scales its media and marketing ecosystem through partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and deliver a pipeline of strategic partnerships across integrated marketing channels and adjacent areas, with accountability for revenue generation and commercial outcomes
  • Structure and lead negotiations for complex, multi-million dollar partnership agreements, including pricing, value exchange, and contract terms
  • Develop and own financial models and business cases to inform deal strategy, pricing, and investment decisions
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to bring partnership concepts to market
  • Translate complex partnership opportunities into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Identify market trends, partnership models, and competitive insights to inform long-term strategy and innovation
