GENERAL SUMMARY
Promotes the Credit Union's value proposition to large, complex Select Employer Groups (SEGs) and partner organizations through mature relationship management and high-impact execution. Maximizes results from established portfolios of larger companies and complex organizations while continuing acquisition of large companies. The person in this role manages multi-layer relationships, including executive-level engagement, and partners with Credit Union senior leaders to cultivate strategic relationships and drive sustained outcomes.
Position Duties & Functions
  • Manages an established portfolio primarily consisting of larger companies of ~5,000+ employees and complex organizational environments.
  • Accountable for the highest portfolio impact expectations, including 1,000+ new memberships annually and +$8 million in deposit growth driven by sustained penetration and engagement within large partner populations. Ownership of membership, deposit, and loan portfolio performance to drive ROI for the Credit Union.
  • Develops and executes partner engagement plans across multiple stakeholder groups, sites, or business units; ensures consistent execution through clear planning, material readiness, and branch coordination. Builds and manages an active pipeline of complex, large companies, cultivating relationships from prospect to partner.
  • Cultivates relationships within complex organizations, establishing multi-layer contacts, and navigating organizational dynamics; develops executive-level relationships and facilitates cultivation with Credit Union senior leaders to drive results. Actively networks with external executives and leaders, and partners to drive new opportunities for growth.
  • Continues selective acquisition of large, complex organizations, prioritizing opportunities with high impact and clear pathways to growth.
  • Serves as an escalation point for complex relationship needs and partner challenges; supports resolution through research, internal coordination, and follow-through while protecting Credit Union objectives.
  • Provides practical recommendations for targeted product or service enhancements based on large-company needs and uniqueness (without owning product/project delivery); communicates partner feedback to appropriate internal teams.
  • Prepares routine portfolio updates and performance reporting; monitors trends, engagement levels, and relationship health to refine execution plans and sustain results.
  • Provides non-supervisory coaching and knowledge-sharing to other partnership managers through best practices and support for complex partner scenarios.
  • Represents the Credit Union at SEG events, conferences, and social and business gatherings to expand reach and strengthen executive presence within the market.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in NCUA regulatory requirements and processes for SEGs. May lead the approval and submission of new SEGs in compliance with NCUA and mentor others to build knowledge.
  • Other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION
  • 8+ years of sales experience required.
  • 5+ years of related B2B, business development, and business relationship management experience required, including demonstrated success with complex and/or large corporate relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, conduct outreach, and execute sales and marketing activities.
  • Persuasive, effective communication skills; ability to present products and services clearly in person and via digital channels.
  • Ability to plan and execute onsite events and member acquisition activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent customer service skills; organized follow-up and time management.

Salary Range (TX): $93,441.60 - $128,482.20
This position is eligible to participate in the Corporate Incentive Plan. Annual incentive opportunity ranges from 0-8% of incentive eligible earnings, based on a combination of institutional performance (0-2%) and individual performance (0-6%). Incentive payments are discretionary and subject to approval.
