What does a partner do?

A Partner is a senior-level executive or owner in a company or professional services firm, such as a law, consulting, or accounting firm. Partners typically share in the firm's profits and decision-making, and are responsible for leading teams, managing client relationships, and developing business strategies. What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a partner?

To thrive as a Partner, you generally need extensive industry expertise, a proven track record in business development, and typically advanced educational credentials such as an MBA or relevant professional certifications.
