Engineering Services Coordinator

Location: Houston, La Porte, or Nederland, TX
Department: Services Product Line

Job Summary

Swagelok Southeast Texas is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Engineering Services Coordinator to support our Services Product Line team. This role serves as a critical operational resource, providing administrative and project coordination support for Field Services and Training activities.

The Engineering Services Coordinator works closely with customers, project managers, field personnel, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently and customers receive a high level of service and responsiveness. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating activities across teams, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day Services business activities while ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through

  • Coordinate Field Services projects, including scheduling, site access requirements, badging, safety documentation, and customer communications

  • Track project milestones, resource scheduling, and project documentation

  • Prepare Training and Field Services quotes and manage corresponding sales orders

  • Enter and manage orders through Zendesk and SAP business systems

  • Create and maintain part numbers in SAP for Field Services activities

  • Monitor quote and order activity to provide visibility to leadership and project teams

  • Support active projects by processing change orders and scope adjustments

  • Manage rental fleet billing, invoicing, and equipment tracking

  • Partner with customers and internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience and successful project execution

Education and Experience

  • Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field preferred

  • 3–5 years of administrative, project coordination, or operational support experience

  • Experience in a technical services, industrial, manufacturing, or field services environment preferred

  • Experience with SAP, Zendesk, or similar ERP/CRM systems strongly preferred

  • Swagelok experience is a plus
