Position Summary

The Program Manager oversees security-focused projects, ensuring the successful implementation of cybersecurity initiatives across a contract. You will govern multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with the Sovereign Standard. The Program Manager will manage high-level client relationships and will be responsible for the P&L of the assigned program area.

Job Responsibilities

  • Govern the multiple workstreams and regulatory protocols that mandate how data must be protected across OSI Layers, ensuring alignment with the Sovereign Standard.
  • Translate federal mandates into the technical roadmaps executed by the team.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple cybersecurity projects, facilitating planning and prioritization to meet organizational goals. This includes both short-term and long-term projects that may involve significant business and technology changes.
  • Collaboration: Work with partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success, including coordinating with legal, procurement, and finance departments.
  • Program Development: Support the development, implementation, and communication of cybersecurity activities and programs, leading program events, briefings, and meetings.
  • Risk Management: Develop methods to monitor and measure risk, compliance, and assurance efforts, ensuring that all acquisitions and outsourcing efforts address information security requirements.
  • Reporting: Create project plans, status reports, and executive presentations to communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, IFSM or Cybersecurity
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • PMP certification required and/or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
  • CGEIT
  • SAFe Agile – Scrum Master
  • Superb understanding of ITIL 4 Strategic Leader
  • Familiarity with NIST 800-171, CMMC 2.0, and FISMA
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, to effectively support contract teams daily initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to report findings and collaborate with team members and management.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required
