Job description

We're looking for a Director, Global Partner Operations to join Procore's Partnerships organization. In this role, you'll serve as the strategic architect of Procore's global partner ecosystem, leading the evolution of our partner infrastructure from foundational deployment to a high-velocity, optimized execution model. Your primary goal will be to ensure our partnerships organization-spanning Cloud, Systems Integrators, Resellers, and ISVs-operates as a scalable, predictable engine for revenue growth and global expansion.
As a Director, Global Partner Operations, you'll partner closely with Partnerships, Corporate Strategy, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, Systems, and Data Insights teams to design, optimize, and scale partner programs and operational processes worldwide. Use your expertise in partner operations, cross-functional leadership, and systems optimization to drive operational excellence, accelerate partner-sourced revenue, and improve ecosystem performance. This is an opportunity to shape the future of Procore's global partner strategy and build the operational foundation that powers long-term growth-apply today.
This position reports into the Vice President, Partners and will be based in our Carpinteria or Austin office, or remotely. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you'll do
  • Own and execute Procore's global partner operations strategy, driving the evolution from initial infrastructure deployment to continuous optimization and scale.
  • Lead the design and improvement of partner lifecycle processes, including partner onboarding, pipeline generation, lead-to-cash workflows, attribution models, and automated payout systems.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Systems, and Field teams to remove operational bottlenecks and create a seamless partner experience.
  • Develop and manage partner performance frameworks, including attribution models, incentive programs, partner tiering structures, MDF allocation strategies, and ROI measurement.
  • Create and maintain Procore's partner data strategy, serving as the primary liaison to Data Insights teams and ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and actionable insights.
  • Establish scalable governance processes through standardized scorecards, quarterly business reviews, pipeline review cadences, and executive reporting frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Enablement and regional leadership teams to scale partner training programs that drive measurable pipeline growth and increased deal velocity.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations and program management professionals while serving as a strategic bridge between regional go-to-market teams and Corporate/Product Strategy.

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 3+ years supporting B2B SaaS channel partnerships, alliance programs, or ecosystem partnerships in an operational leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience managing partner operations across multiple partner types, including Cloud, Systems Integrators, VARs/Resellers, ISVs, and Distributors.
  • Proven success leading organizations through operational transformation, including transitioning from foundational program buildout to optimized execution and scale.
  • Strong expertise with Salesforce, Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, and business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of aligning stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, and Legal teams.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making, improve partner performance, and inform executive-level strategy.
  • Previous SaaS, software, or technology industry experience required; experience within construction technology or complex multi-stakeholder ecosystems is a plus.

Additional Information
Base Pay Range:
192,000.00 - 264,000.00 USD Annual
This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
