Job description

JOB TITLE: Partner Operations Coordinator III

EMPLOYER: Telgian Corporation

DEPARTMENT: Partner Management

REPORTS TO: Procurement Manager

SUMMARY:
The Partner Operations Coordinator III serves as a key point of contact between Telgian, its vendor partners, and internal departments. Responsibilities include dispatch and work-order assignments and monitor ongoing vendor and work-order management. Perform vendor sourcing and market research, vendor recruitment and onboarding. Review insurance, licensing, compliance, pricing, and service-term negotiations. Monitor vendor agreement administration and coverage analysis and development. Resolve complex vendor-performance and operational issues and customer or internal escalations. Train and support less experienced team members.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and dispatch service orders to qualified vendors based on geographic coverage, capabilities, availability, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure vendors acknowledge assigned work and can meet customer service expectations and completion timelines.
  • Maintain regular communication with vendors regarding scheduling, service expectations, work status, and issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with vendor partners.
  • Identify vendor coverage gaps and assist in recruiting and onboarding new vendors to support business needs.
  • Assist with vendor qualification activities including collection of licensing, insurance, certifications, and other required documentation.
  • Negotiate pricing and service terms with vendors to support company objectives.
  • Monitor vendor responsiveness, performance, and service quality and communicate concerns to leadership as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation, issuance, and tracking of vendor agreements and related documents.
  • Maintain accurate vendor records and activity within company systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service orders are assigned, completed, and documented properly.
  • Research vendor markets and identify opportunities to improve coverage, performance, and pricing.
  • Support vendor issue resolution, customer escalations, and operational challenges as assigned.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree preferred but not required.
  • One to three years of experience in dispatching, procurement, vendor management, customer service, operations, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, or service providers is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, dispatching, or work order management systems preferred.
