Job Summary
This is a multi-site leadership role responsible for overseeing operations, managing teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. If you have a background in security and proven leadership experience, this is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role with a growing company.
What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple client sites
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships
  • Lead, coach, and develop Security Officers and Supervisors
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll

  • Partner with branch leadership to address recruiting and operational needs
  • Maintain high standards of safety, service, and professionalism
