Salary: $145k-$190k (depending on experience)

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Operations Manager to lead and coordinate complex operational efforts across multiple departments and locations. This role is responsible for formulating policies, managing daily operations, and optimizing the use of resources to ensure mission success. The position serves as the overall lead and administrator for the contracted effort, acting as the primary interface with the Government COR on technical and project issues.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all operational activities across the program.
  • Formulate and implement policies to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
  • Manage acquisition and employment of project resources to meet contractual requirements.
  • Oversee contractor execution of Task Order (TO) requirements and ensure alignment with mission objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government COR for technical and project-related matters.
  • Lead through subordinate supervisors to ensure effective coordination across departments.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

Required:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in supervisory roles providing recommendations across program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs and lead diverse teams.

Desired:

  • Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes and program management principles.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Education:

Master's degree in Engineering, Technical, Business, or Computer Science/IT discipline.

Security Clearance:

Active Top Secret clearance required. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
