Job Description:

The Global NVIDIA Solutions Enablement Lead is part of the worldwide HPE NVIDIA Alliance team. This role is responsible for building and delivering global enablement programs that help HPE sales, presales, technical, business development, and channel partner teams successfully position HPE solutions that include NVIDIA technologies.

This is an individual contributor role with global scope. The role supports the full HPE NVIDIA portfolio, with primary focus on GPU-based solutions, NVIDIA reference architectures, AI infrastructure, NVIDIA software, networking, and related solution attach motions.

Management Level Definition

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business and technical enablement challenges. Works independently, exercises strong judgment, and leads cross-functional initiatives across regions, business units, sales teams, partner organizations, and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Build and execute a global NVIDIA solutions enablement strategy for HPE and channel partner teams.
  • Lead end-to-end program management of global enablement initiatives, including planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, execution, communications, and measurement of outcomes.
  • Deliver training, workshops, bootcamps, and field enablement sessions for sales, presales, technical, and partner audiences.
  • Coordinate HPE and NVIDIA subject matter experts to support scalable enablement across priority solution areas.
  • Create, manage, and maintain training content, enablement curricula, learning paths, workshops, playbooks, and field-ready assets to support sales, technical, and partner audiences globally.
  • Support HPE enablement platforms and communities, including Tech Pro, SalesPro, and related field resources.
  • Help teams position HPE NVIDIA solutions across GPUs, reference architectures, AI infrastructure, software, networking, and attach opportunities.
  • Gather field feedback to identify enablement gaps, content needs, and areas requiring deeper technical or commercial support.
  • Track and communicate enablement adoption, field engagement, business impact, and solution attach trends where measurable.
  • Manage cross-functional project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive communications across global stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic enablement programs.

What you need to bring (Requirements):

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, sales enablement, technical enablement, alliance management, partner enablement, presales, business development, product management, or related enterprise technology roles.
  • 5+ years of experience designing, building, and delivering global enablement programs for sales, technical, and partner audiences.
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders, business units, geographies, and external partners.
  • 3+ years of experience creating training content, learning paths, enablement assets, workshops, sales plays, and field-facing educational materials.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting AI infrastructure, accelerated compute, enterprise servers, GPUs, networking, software, cloud, or data center solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology sales motions, partner ecosystems, and field activation.
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into practical sales and partner enablement.
  • Experience with NVIDIA technologies, GPU-based platforms, AI reference architectures, or accelerated computing solutions strongly preferred.
  • Strong program and project management expertise, including planning, prioritization, governance, risk management, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Strong communication, presentation, executive engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence globally across matrixed teams without direct authority.
