About the Team

The Circle Digital Assets Product Marketing Management (PMM) team shapes and brings to market digital asset solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers and partners globally. The team partners cross-functionally to refine offerings based on market insights, emerging opportunities, and strategic partnerships.

The team owns positioning and go-to-market strategy for products including USDC, EURC, USYC, Circle Mint, and emerging digital asset services, while supporting the expansion of Circle's global banking network. Through data-driven decision-making and strong market insight, the team drives adoption and strengthens Circle's leadership in digital asset solutions.

What you'll be responsible for

You will lead product marketing for Circle's Digital Assets product pillar, defining how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted globally. You will partner closely with Product, Business Development, and Marketing to shape go-to-market strategy, influence product direction, and deliver high-impact launches. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, translating complex financial and blockchain concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with customers and drive measurable business outcomes.

What you'll work on
  • Define and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for digital asset products, from market validation through launch and post-launch optimization
  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that articulates the value of Circle's digital asset solutions across key customer segments
  • Partner with Product to influence roadmap priorities using customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends
  • Lead global product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and adoption
  • Build sales and partner enablement materials, including training, narratives, and customer-facing content to drive revenue and usage
  • Own competitive intelligence efforts, delivering actionable insights that inform strategy and strengthen market differentiation
  • Drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives that expand Circle's digital asset ecosystem and accelerate growth across products and markets
What you'll bring to Circle
  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, including ownership of go-to-market strategy, product launches, and positioning
  • Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial services, with strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling customer-facing narratives
  • Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment across Product, Marketing, and Business teams
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy, positioning, and go-to-market decisions
  • Experience leading large, ambiguous projects with high ownership and accountability

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in crypto or blockchain ecosystems, including stablecoins, digital assets, or payments infrastructure
  • Familiarity with institutional financial products, trading, treasury, or liquidity management solutions
  • Experience working in high-growth or rapidly evolving environments with global product launches

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $185,000-$237,500
