The Job at a Glance
We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and relationship-driven Senior Program Coordinator to support the execution and ongoing success of our Institutional Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) & Major programs. In this role, you will serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for GPO partners, coordinating program execution, facilitating communication, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.
Working closely with Sales leadership and commercial stakeholders, you will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, support new program implementations, oversee operational processes, and help strengthen strategic partnerships. This role serves as the central connector between our GPO partners and internal teams-including Sales, Operations, Finance, Pricing, Data Management, Marketing, Customer Experience, and IT-to ensure programs are executed efficiently, member needs are addressed, and strategic initiatives remain on track.
A Typical Day
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for Institutional GPO partners, coordinating operational activities and ensuring timely communication between external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and implementation of new GPOs & major programs, facilitating cross-functional execution and ensuring all operational requirements are completed.
  • Partner with commercial leadership to support strategic GPO initiatives and execute program enhancements.
  • Facilitate meetings with internal teams and external GPO partners to align priorities, communicate progress, resolve operational issues, and track action items.
  • Monitor program performance, identify opportunities for process improvements, and recommend operational enhancements that improve partner and member experiences.
  • Coordinate reporting, account alignment, member eligibility, and program compliance while maintaining data integrity across business systems.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Finance, Pricing, Marketing, Data Management, Customer Experience, and IT to support successful program execution and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for GPO program operations and partner requirements.

To Land This Opportunity
  • You have 5+ years of experience managing programs, projects, or strategic business initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
  • You have proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize competing initiatives, and drive projects to successful completion.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills with experience developing reports and leveraging data to support business decisions.
  • You possess advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Access, or similar reporting tools preferred.
  • You demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • You're comfortable leading meetings, facilitating collaboration, and influencing without direct authority.
  • You are a resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • You demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions.

The salary range for this role is $54,800.93 to $73,955.99 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
