Job description

The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing, will play a critical role in managing strategic go-to-market strategies with our key partners. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing objectives with the national business strategy and execute impactful marketing initiatives. The role will lead and manage resources focused on partner demand generation through a combination of direct reports and third-party demand generation and SDR agencies.
Essential Duties
  • Manage and nurture relationships with strategic partners, serving as a trusted liaison between NRI and our partner organizations.
  • Develop and execute partner marketing strategies that align with our business goals and maximize brand exposure.
  • Lead, coach, and support partner demand resources, including Partner Demand Specialist(s) and third-party SDR agencies focused on demand generation and Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) generation.
  • Allocate and manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for partner activities, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate with national and field marketing to generate marketing leads and execute demand generation events.
  • Create and execute end-to-end partner marketing campaigns, tracking and analyzing results for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain compliance requirements and milestones for partner agreements, securing rebates and incentives for NRI.
  • Assist with the tracking and reporting of Marketing Sourced and Marketing Influenced Pipeline Revenue post demand generation activities and events.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 5 -7 years of experience in partner marketing management, with demonstrated leadership capabilities such as mentoring, project leadership, or cross-functional influence.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrate ability to allocate and manage marketing budgets, including Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
  • Ability to lead team members toward a business result, ensuring activities are aligned to deliver.
  • Proven success in developing and executing end-to-end partner marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of partner ecosystem, requirements, and milestones associated with partner agreements.
  • Proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for discretionary bonus plan based on company and individual performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each candidate, including experience and location.
