They help partners achieve sales goals, provide training and support, and ensure mutual success through collaboration. Their role often involves developing joint business plans, resolving issues, and identifying new opportunities for growth. Effective Partner Account Managers are skilled communicators and strategic thinkers who can balance the interests of both their company and their partners.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a partner account manager?

To thrive as a Partner Account Manager, you need strong relationship management, sales acumen, and a background in business or marketing, often supported by a relevant degree. Job description

At Celigo, we believe integration should empower — not exhaust — innovation. As a modern Integration and Automation Platform (iPaaS), we’re on a mission to simplify how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes. Powered by game-changing technology like runtime AI and prebuilt, mission-critical integrations, Celigo is redefining how businesses connect their world.

Celigo is looking for a Senior Partner Account Manager to hunt and grow the channel partnerships that extend Celigo's reach in the market. This is a business development role at its core: you will identify which partners have the potential to build real practices around Celigo, clear whatever is in the way, and grow those relationships into durable revenue engines.

What would you do if hired?
  • Own the partner pipeline from identification to activation. You will research the market to find partners worth betting on, make the first move, and drive each relationship to a productive and active practice without waiting for someone to hand you a playbook.
  • Build and expand partner practices by working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to create joint initiatives, co-sell motions, and enablement programs that make it natural for partners to lead with Celigo.
  • Use AI to research partner companies, surface deal and performance signals from Salesforce and partner management tools, and draft partner-facing communications faster, so your time goes toward the strategy and conversations that require human judgment.
  • Track partnership performance through KPIs and turn the data into action. When a partner is underperforming or stuck, you will diagnose what is in the way and move to fix it, not just report the gap.
  • Stay ahead of how the iPaaS and integration ecosystem is evolving. You will bring insights on where new categories of partners are emerging and what competitors are doing in their channel programs before leadership has to ask.
  • Navigate conflicts and competing priorities across partners and internal stakeholders, keeping relationships healthy and momentum alive even when it gets complicated.
Who are we looking for?

Skills & Abilities

  • You are energized by the hunt. You identify where leverage exists in a partner ecosystem before being asked and go develop it, treating the partner pipeline as your own business to build.
  • You connect partner investments to company outcomes. You know which partnerships create real scale for Celigo, and you can make a clear case for where to focus and where to walk away.
  • You ship and iterate. You know how to get a partnership or program off the ground quickly, even before the playbook is fully written, and you improve it based on what actually works.
  • You are a strong communicator and relationship builder, comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder dynamics inside large partner organizations.
  • You are curious about how AI is changing channel work and comfortable using it today to accelerate research, analysis, and communication tasks that used to take hours.
  • You are analytically grounded. You use data from CRM and PRM tools to make decisions, spot where partners are stuck, and measure what is actually moving the business.

Education & Experience

  • 5 or more years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development, with a track record of growing partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM and partnership management tools, including Salesforce, Impartner or similar PRM, and analytics tools such as Thoughtspot or Clari.

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $100,000 and $140,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.

Celigo is proud to be

  • A 2025 Gartner Customers’ Choice for iPaaS. The only vendor to receive this award.
  • Celigo is a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for iPaaS for the second consecutive year
  • Celigo is ranked #1 iPaaS on G2 for multiple quarters and named a Leader in both B2B/EDI and API Management.
  • Celigo is a leading intelligent automation platform that puts the power of automation in the hands of every team, unifying workflows from the predictable to the fully agentic in a single platform.
  • Remote-first culture, built on trust, collaboration, and transparency
  • A high-growth, inclusive work environment where innovation thrives and ideas are implemented
  • Lightspeed learning opportunities to keep you at the leading edge of your field
  • Exceptional coworkers who challenge and inspire you daily
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, including:
  • Three weeks of vacation (starting year one)
  • Wellness days and holidays to recharge
  • Parental leave and a generous benefits package
  • Monthly tech stipend
  • Recognition and career development opportunities
