Job description

Job Title: Support Specialist

Location: Remote

Industry: Healthcare

Pay Rate: $40 - $45 / HR

Job Description:

We are currently hiring for a Support Specialist. Duties will consist of taking incoming calls pertaining to support helping participants of programs set goals, make progress in their mental health journey, and identify needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive, warm and welcoming safe space for clients.
  • Take inbound calls regarding support services, identify areas to support with unmet needs, and set goals and plans for follow-up.
  • Manage caseload by responding to transfer calls and place outbound calls with established participants.
  • Assist clients in understanding employer benefits, eligibility, and available resources.
  • Complete strong and clear documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Health & Wellness Coaching, or a related health field.
  • Must have at least 2 years of providing behavioral health or solution focused support.
  • Must be able to work full time hours Monday thru Friday within the hours of 10AM-8PM CST.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Must have strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must strong follow-up skills.
