Job description

Who We Are

OneBridge Benefits was founded in 2013 by members of our current leadership team who set out to build better technology and smarter processes to support account‑based health plans. Today, we’ve grown into a technology‑enabled benefits administrator serving more than 380,000 participants and managing 4.48 billion dollars in assets.

Joining OneBridge means becoming part of a group of bright, driven, and collaborative individuals. We’ve built an environment where people can contribute to meaningful work, grow their skills, and pursue their individual passions. While each team’s day‑to‑day responsibilities vary, you’ll find that we consistently value idea‑sharing, encourage innovation, and enjoy tackling the challenges that come with achieving our mission.

Your Opportunity with Us

We are seeking a Participant Support Specialist to be a behind-the-scenes powerhouse who keeps our service team sharp and systems running smoothly. You'll manage participant records, process carrier applications, and ensure data accuracy across platforms, directly supporting top-tier service for HRAs, FSA, HSAs, and ICHRAs.

If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and focused on solutions, this role is for you. You'll work closely with our Participant Experience team to troubleshoot data issues, streamline workflows, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep data clean and reliable by managing participant records, processing applications, and ensuring accuracy across internal systems.
  • Support front-line teams with timely data entry, research, and outreach lists that enable proactive participant engagement.
  • Conduct carrier outreach to gather enrollment information, verify participant data, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Manage carrier applications with enrollment information when onboarding new carriers.
  • Solve data puzzles by investigating discrepancies, resolving missing information, and collaborating across departments to fix issues fast.
  • Drive improvement by identifying workflow efficiencies and recommending process enhancements that boost service quality.
  • Protect what matters by ensuring compliance with data privacy standards, plan rules, and regulatory requirements.

Foundations for Success

  • 1-3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar back-end operations (bonus if it's in benefits or healthcare!)
  • Proven track record of handling large data sets with precision and speed.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Quick to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Exceptionally organized with sharp attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams.
