Wellness Visit Nurse Practitioner.

Nurse Practitioners (NP) needed to conduct In-Home Health Assessments in the Eugene, OR and surrounding areas. We offer year-round opportunities: Full-time, and/or Part-time 1099 roles.

Set your own schedule and earn an excellent income! This is an autonomous field-based, prevention/education-focused opportunity that takes you out of the mundane office setting. Allows you to make your own schedule, and make a great income.

Our healthcare providers conduct comprehensive, in-home Health/Annual Wellness Visits with Medicare patients as part of their health insurance benefits. The evaluations are conducted in a face-to-face manner where the member resides. Within the visit, the clinician reinforces the importance of staying current on covered preventive services while identifying potential gaps in care, which stem from unnecessary hospitalizations and ER visits.

Our Providers enjoy:

  • Flexibility - Design your own schedule with weekend visits as an option
  • No prescribing or treatment, simply performing consultative assessments/evaluations
  • Malpractice provided
  • All mileage paid

Requirement:

  • Must be State licensed and Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with NPI.
  • Prefer at least 3 months of experience in doing wellness exams.
  • Previous EMR skills preferred.

The following will be provided:

  • Credentialing services and paid training.
  • Liability insurance.
  • Scheduling of appointments with Medicare members within a certain time frame.
  • Web tracking and scheduling tools to maximize your travel time.
  • Ipad Tablet Provided.
  • Mileage Reimbursement.
