Job description

Overview

Overview - Directly responsible for monitoring phone calls and emails for our current workforce to ensure optimal staffing maintained throughout the day.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving phone calls from associates who are unable to fulfill their scheduled shifts and communicate the absence to appropriate department. 
  • Cooridnate the covering shifts, left open due toassociate absences, by contacting associates who may be available to work and adding the shift to the schedule in UKG.
  • Perform the day of timekeeping functions for all departments. Processing timecards, entering missing punches, comments, and paycodes.
  • Maintaining the schedules on the day of, adjusting shifts, transferring of associate between locations, and solving scheulding issues.
  • Communicate trends in guest demand, associate absences, and/or schedule changes to the Scheduling Team, for adjustments in future schedules. 
  • Coordinate the resolution of associate scheduling concerns, by directing the associate to the appropriate shceduler, leadership team, or resolving the concern themselves. 
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to work outside in variety of weather conditions.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Must have the ability to stand, sit and walk for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to speak fluent English and must be able to communicate effectively, including the ability to read, speakd and write in English.
  • Must possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
