Job description

The Warehouse Supervisor under the direction of the Concessions Manager performs activities of the warehouse function at the facility and other duties as required by the Concessions Manager.

This role pays an hourly rate of $14.00-$16.00

The Bank of Oklahoma Center, also known as the BOK Center, is located downtown and serves as the premier sports and entertainment venue of the greater Tulsa region. Offering a 19,199-seat multi-purpose arena and 565,000 total square feet designed to accommodate concerts, family shows, and other special events, it has been named on multiple occasions one of the country's best venues.


  • Receives ordered goods and ensures orders agree with the receiving report.
  • Transfers food & beverage items to concession stands according to food & beverage procedures.
  • Supervises storage, preparation, and service of concession merchandise.
  • Notifies management when inventory needs arise and ensures necessary inventory is ordered, stocked, and available.
  • Ensures adequate storage of merchandise by continual supervision of stock levels.
  • Ensures warehouse is clean and neat.
  • Rotates inventory to minimize spoilage.
  • Maintains and reconciles all pertinent logs and transfer sheets and ensures that all transfers are documented.
  • Ensures that proper sanitation procedures are followed.
  • Maintain a professional work ethic.
  • Provide the highest customer service excellence.
  • Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees (including other departments).
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must occasionally lift and/or move heavy objects.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent math skills and attention to details.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required.
