Position Summary:
The Video Content Producer is responsible for telling the story of IMG Academy through creative videography on various projects, including but not limited to: short-form "sizzles", long-form story-telling, testimonial videos, highlight packages and more to drive brand positioning, awareness and conversion. We are looking for someone to capture the energy IMG Academy in its entirety!

Position Responsibilities:
  • Produce consistent and timely content within assigned areas
  • Ability to cinematically bring the energy of campus to life
  • Work collaboratively with marketing/communications teams and other stakeholders to brainstorm and execute video that supports specific campaigns and initiatives
  • Partner alongside the marketing team on short-term and long-term strategy, as well as the video production manager on styles and editing
  • Responsible for shooting, editing, audio engineering, duplication and final production in concert with the video production manager.
  • Strategizes and helps develop digital distribution across website, paid & social media, mobile, video channel and others
  • Maintains a detailed video calendar anticipating content needs
  • Consistently uploads and tags content on digital archive for future use
  • Aids in set-ups that include camera, lighting, audio, etc.
  • Has a knowledge of and maintains all video equipment that is available.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Film/Photography, Media Arts or related field
  • Minimum two years professional experience in video production
  • Editing experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
  • Experience with video camera operations including Sony FX3, and Cine Lenses
  • Familiarity shooting in LOG profiles, color grading, audio engineering and sound design
  • Knowledge of composition, framing, camera setups, and lighting techniques
  • Experience interviewing subjects on cameras
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues

Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • The role will occasionally require extended hours as well as weekend hours during peak seasons
  • The role may require lifting, moving, pushing or pulling equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs
  • Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time
  • Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, etc.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required
