Position Summary
The Junior Video Producer supports the video team in producing engaging visual content for B2B healthcare clients. The role is ideal for someone early in their video production career who is eager to grow their storytelling, filming, editing, and content creation skills in a fast-paced agency environment.

The Junior Video Producer will assist with video shoots, editing projects, organizing production assets, and developing content across multiple platforms. This role works closely with strategists, writers, designers, and creative team members to help bring concepts to life through compelling visual storytelling.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with filming video content
  • Support the editing process for marketing videos, social media content, interviews, testimonials, and promotional materials.
  • Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to execute video concepts and campaigns.
  • Help manage production schedules, equipment preparation, and shoot logistics.
  • Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients into edits and revisions.
  • Stay up to date on current video, social media, and digital content trends.
  • Support the team with miscellaneous production and post-production tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in film, video production, or a related field.
  • 1+ year(s) experience editing, producing and delivering video creative
  • Experience with the Adobe Suite
  • Experience with Premiere Pro
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional tames
  • Comfortable working in a 100% Mac based environment
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and evolving video production technologies is a plus

Working Conditions:
  • The majority of work is completed in an office setting with intermittent sitting, standing and walking.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Travel to visit clients or conferences a possibility.
  • Standard office hours for the business are Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm EST and Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm EST.
  • Office based employees are expected to work 4 days in office and may work from home one day a week after 3 months of employment.
  • Remote based employees may have intermittent travel to the Augusta office location based on business need.
