About Us
North Florida Sinus Center is a well-established otolaryngology practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in ear, nose, and throat disorders for patients of all ages. Our team values compassionate, patient-centered care and a collaborative clinical environment.
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy ENT practice. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented clinician with strong communication skills and a desire to build long-term patient relationships. The PA will work closely with our board-certified otolaryngologists to deliver high-quality care in both clinical and surgical settings.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history and physical examinations
  • Diagnose and manage common ENT conditions (e.g., sinusitis, otitis media, allergic rhinitis, vertigo, tonsillitis)
  • Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as ear cleaning, nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, and minor lesion removal
  • Assist in surgery and perioperative care as needed
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (audiograms, imaging, labs)
  • Educate patients on treatment options, medications, and preventive care
  • Collaborate with physicians, audiologists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current and valid PA-C certification
  • Licensed in the state of Florida
  • Prior experience in ENT, or surgical specialty preferred (new grads with strong interest in ENT encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
