The Opportunity:
As a program and project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experienced program and project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of USSTRATCOM client. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project, Project Web Application (PWA) or Project Online, and having regular interactions with fellow Booz Allen teammates and our clients, including Project Managers, Systems Engineers, and other defense contracting companies.
The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience building and managing program schedules or project schedules
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to assess schedules and project control data critically and communicate schedule status, updates, and changes to stakeholders, including project leadership and clients
  • Ability to create and present executive-level reports, presentations, and deliverables that reflect risks, opportunities, and status to communicate effectively to key stakeholders
  • Ability to use Microsoft Project to coordinate, summarize, analyze, and maintain the master schedule
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences, including client delivery
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) Certification

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
