Collective Training Analyst
On Site | Offutt AFB, Bellevue, Nebraska | TS/SCI Required

D amp;G is seeking an experienced Collective Training Analyst to support the development, coordination, and execution of advanced joint training programs focused on strategic operations and mission readiness. This role provides critical expertise in Strategic Deterrence, Nuclear Operations, and Global Strike mission areas, ensuring training environments accurately reflect operational realities across national, combatant command, and unit-level decision-making processes. The ideal candidate brings operational insight, exercise development experience, and the ability to support complex collective training objectives across joint mission environments.
What You Will Do
• Support development, administration, and execution of scenario-based collective training programs and exercise modules.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Strategic Deterrence, Nuclear Operations, or Global Strike mission areas.
• Design realistic operational scenarios aligned with USSTRATCOM mission requirements and Joint training objectives.
• Apply knowledge of USSTRATCOM-assigned Unified Command Plan (UCP) mission sets and Emergency Action Procedures (EAP) to training development and execution.
• Support end-to-end operational training processes from national-level decision-making through unit-level execution.
• Participate in exercise planning, execution, assessments, and after-action reviews.
• Coordinate with operational planners, battle staff personnel, and training stakeholders to ensure synchronization and mission relevance.
• Provide operational insight and mentorship supporting collective training initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for training effectiveness, readiness assessment, and lessons learned integration.
What We Are Looking For
Required
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Military Studies, International Affairs, Strategic Studies, or related field preferred; equivalent military operational experience may be substituted.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Strategic Deterrence, Nuclear Operations, or Global Strike mission areas.
• Thorough understanding of USSTRATCOM-assigned UCP mission sets and CJCS and/or USSTRATCOM Emergency Action Procedures (EAP).
• Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end operational processes from national-level decision-making through unit-level execution.
• Experience developing, administering, and executing scenario-based training modules and exercises.
• Operational experience at a Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint Staff, or Service MAJCOM.
• Experience supporting command center, battle staff, or operational coordination functions.
• Ability to communicate authoritatively on joint collective training development and execution processes.
Preferred
• Experience supporting Joint exercises, strategic operations centers, or nuclear command and control environments.
• Familiarity with Joint Training System (JTS) processes and collective training assessment methodologies.
• Background in operational planning, readiness evaluation, or exercise control operations.
• Prior military experience in strategic operations, command and control, or joint operational planning environments.
Clearance and Eligibility
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
