Responsibilities

  • Load, configure, and play back client-provided content using media-server and playback systems.
  • Assist with Pixera-based playback workflows and Unreal Engine environments when required.
  • Perform system checks before shoots to confirm LED panels, processors, workstations, signal routing, and playback equipment are functioning properly.
  • Troubleshoot content, signal, synchronization, color, processing, and hardware issues during setup and production.
  • Work with directors, cinematographers, production crews, and clients to make real-time adjustments to content and playback.
  • Assist with camera tests, stage preparation, equipment setup, and production changeovers.
  • Help maintain LED panels, processors, computers, cables, networking equipment, and other studio technology.
  • Document technical issues and communicate maintenance or repair needs to studio management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and production-ready working environment.
  • Follow studio safety procedures and protect client assets, equipment, and confidential production materials.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of video signal flow, frame rates, resolutions, color management, networking, and synchronization.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Availability for a flexible, production-based schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends.
  • Ability to safely lift and move production equipment as needed.
