POSITION OVERVIEW
The Ticket Office Representative is a part-time, event-day position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting fans with ticket purchases and inquiries at GEODIS Park. This role plays an important part in delivering a seamless matchday experience by supporting ticket sales, processing transactions, and resolving ticket-related questions. Applicants must reside in the Nashville area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process ticket sales through Ticketmaster and assist guests with ticket purchases and ticketing issues.
  • Provide clear, friendly, and professional customer service throughout all interactions.
  • Address general inquiries related to seating options, pricing, stadium policies, and event information.
  • Accurately complete credit card and cash transactions in accordance with Club procedures.
  • Reconcile and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
  • Support Box Office leadership with additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior customer service or ticketing experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and navigate ticketing software quickly (experience with Ticketmaster is a plus).
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work Nashville SC home matches, special events, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be detail-oriented and comfortable handling cash and sensitive customer information.
  • Candidates without a degree are encouraged to apply.
