Your skills
- 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applications
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $20 - $25 USD, based on experience and skillsets.
Your tasks
Hemmersbach is seeking a Part-Time (P/T) Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
- Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment tracking
- Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and management
- Support project rollouts and deployments
Job Details:
- This is a Part-Time (P/T) position working approximately 24 hours per week, with an hourly pay structure and no benefits.
