Guaranteed Hours:ย 36 hours per week
Weekly Pay Rate:ย $1,584ย - $1,728;ย Depending on experience (negotiable)

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a skilled and experienced EEG Techย to join our team in Atlanta, GA, for a 13-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in performing EEG procedures, with a strong understanding of pediatric EEG testing. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with competitive pay and guaranteed hours.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform EEG procedures for patients of all ages, including pediatric patients.
    • Prepare patients for EEG procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
    • Operate EEG equipment and ensure the proper setup for accurate test results.
    • Monitor patients during EEG recordings, ensuring the collection of high-quality data.
    • Maintain accurate patient records, including test results and relevant medical history.
    • Collaborate with physicians to interpret EEG findings and ensure timely reporting.
    • Adhere to infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies and procedures.
    • Provide excellent patient care and education throughout the testing process.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience as an EEG Technician/Technologist.
    • Current R. EEG T (Registered EEG Technologist) certification required. If not R. EEG, must have a significant EEG certification (e.g., CNIM or equivalent).
    • Pediatric EEG experience is highly preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of EEG techniques, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and patient care skills.
    • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.
