SUMMARY: This position supports and maintains all technical aspects of mobile data tracking technology including program management, NEMT Provider training, data security management, reporting, and overall system integrity in multiple states. Requires knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures regarding cellular and GPS network platforms. The position must establish, implement and maintain operating policies and procedures to assure compliance with all contract requirements. Requires travel and flexible working hours.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Pre-Implementation:

  • Responsible for providing user and company-wide mobile technology support.
  • Communication with suppliers and vendors and management of purchase order process.
  • Inventory control and reporting.
  • Technology deployment.
  • Development of training material resources.
  • Conducts user training sessions for all end-users.

Post-Implementation:

  • 24x7 support, flexibility for night and weekend work as well as travel to satellite offices.
  • Maintains company policies related to mobile technologies.
  • Monitoring of system performance and reliability.
  • Ongoing training within NEMT Provider network.
  • End user support.
  • Device management (upgrades, patches, device tracking).
  • Development of specifications for system enhancements.
  • Development and production of reports.
  • Inventory management.
  • Promotes responsible usage and care of corporate equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Effective communicator.
  • Experience in mobile industry, familiarity with mobile operators/carriers and different activation models.
  • Proven project and team coordination.
  • Ability to analyze, organize, prioritize, implement, and control business activities and transactions.
  • Experience with implementation and management of location based services and cellular based platforms.
  • Working knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • BA/BS in Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
