Job description

Job Purpose:
- The Mobile Technician is responsible for providing high-quality technical support and service for mobile devices. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mobile phones and tablets to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The Mobile Technician will work closely with customers to understand their issues and provide effective solutions, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on mobile devices.
- Perform repairs and replacements of components such as screens, batteries, and other internal parts.
- Conduct software updates and installations to ensure devices are running the latest versions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining technical issues and solutions to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques.
- Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely manner and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in mobile device repair are preferred.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile device repair, including smartphones and tablets.
- Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in mobile devices.
- Experience in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting mobile devices.
Required Skills and Abilities:

- Familiarity with various mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android.
