We’re seeking a motivated Mobile Service Technician to join our growing Ford/Lincoln Service team! This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys working independently, providing top-quality service, and interacting directly with customers in the field. What You’ll Do:

  • Travel in the Mobile Service Van to customer homes and workplaces to perform maintenance, repairs, and recalls

  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience by being professional, efficient, and courteous

  • Organize and prepare for daily service appointments

  • Complete vehicle repairs and maintenance as outlined on work orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Communicate effectively with the Service and Parts Departments to ensure smooth operations

  • Maintain accurate repair documentation and uphold dealership standards

  • Stay up to date with Ford technical bulletins and complete all required training

  • Safely drive and maintain the Mobile Service vehicle

  • Work comfortably in various weather conditions when needed

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • ASE certification preferred; Ford certifications preferred

  • Prior automotive service technician experience 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to use tablets, diagnostic tools, and mobile technology effectively

  • Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service
