Job description

Athens Orthopedic Clinic is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Radiology Tech on a Part Time basis. Must have ARRT certification. The hours for the position will typically 8:00 am to 5:00 pm but may require varying hours for patient care. This position may require the employee to report to various clinics within the organization and function in the Operating Room and assist with injections.
Position Summary: The Radiology Tech is responsible for conducting appropriate radiographs as required by physician order. Candidate should be well versed in use of appropriate equipment to include C-arm and digital x-ray. Planned care is delivered in a safe, economical and efficient manner following AOC's policies and procedures, values and mission statement. This position will assist with non-sterile injections/arthrograms. The Radiology Tech will be expected to assist in other areas of the office as deemed necessary to provide patient care. Is responsible for equipment and supplies and for promoting teamwork among patients, families, and physicians.
Education/Qualifications: Candidates to be considered for this position will be a graduate of an approved Radiology Technology program. Candidate must have appropriate ARRT certification. Previous experience working in an orthopedic care environment preferred.

  • Orthopedic Clinic (Loganville): 1 day per week, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
