About The Role
BTW is looking for a dependable, energetic, and creative Front of House Associate to oversee daily front-of-house operations and assist with social media content creation.
This is a mostly part-time position with growth opportunities for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Provide strong customer service and assist guests
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Oversee kiosk operations and manage out-of-stock items
- Coordinate delivery orders (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub)
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with basic operational calls (maintenance, SkyTab support, vendors, etc.)
- Help maintain smooth front-of-house operations
- Capture and post content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms
- Promote specials, events, and new menu items online
Qualifications
- Reliable, professional, and organized
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using social media and creating content
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Basic leadership or assistant manager experience is a plus
