Flo streams more than 50,000 live events annually across sports, including motorsports, wrestling, hockey, track & field, cheer, jiu-jitsu, NCAA Division II and III athletics, and more. We're looking for people who are passionate about sports, embody accountability, collaboration, curiosity, positivity, grit, and excellence, and are motivated to help grow and elevate the communities we serve.
THE ROLE:
FloSports is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help power our hiring engine. This is a high-impact, in-office role where you'll own scheduling, support recruiting across all teams, and run our internship program end-to-end.
If you're highly organized, proactive, and want to grow into a full-cycle recruiter, this is your seat at the table.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own interview scheduling across all departments (high volume, fast-paced)
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from first touch to offer
• Support recruiting across business, tech, and operations roles
• Build and send offer letters
• Keep pipelines clean and processes moving in Ashby (ATS)
• Run FloSports' internship program end-to-end

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• 0-2 years experience (recruiting, coordination, or admin)
• Extremely organized + detail-oriented
• Strong communicator who follows through
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable owning your work
• Excited to grow into a recruiter
